How it works

Three workflows, one calm afternoon

Pick the path that matches what you need today. Each one starts with the same simple topic line and ends with something you can teach, print or share.

1

Create a classroom material

  1. Open the Studio

Choose the format you need: lesson plan, worksheet, quiz, slides, visual, video storyboard or parent note.

  2. Describe your topic once

Enter the topic, subject, grade band and standards. This becomes the shared brain behind every format.

  3. Add format details

Set duration, difficulty, question types or slide style. Chaklin adapts the draft to the format you picked.

  4. Generate and export

Review the draft in your library, then print, save as PDF, or copy as Markdown and HTML.

2

Build an auto-graded quiz

  1. Choose Quiz in the Studio

Start from the same topic line or build a quiz on its own.

  2. Set question options

Pick the number of questions, formats and difficulty. Chaklin writes the questions, answer key and distractor rationale.

  3. Post to Google Classroom

Send it as a graded assignment. Students open it from Classroom, answer in Chaklin, and the score flows back to your gradebook.

  4. Roster syncs automatically

When you post, Chaklin imports the class roster so each submission matches the right student.

3

Grade student work

  1. Create a grading assignment

Describe the task and the standards or rubric you want to use.

  2. Add student work

Paste typed answers, upload a photo of handwritten work, or pull in submissions from a Classroom assignment.

  3. Review AI scoring

Chaklin drafts a score and actionable comments tied to your rubric. Nothing is published until you approve it.

  4. Push to Classroom

Approve the grades and Chaklin writes them straight to the matching Google Classroom assignment.
